Princes Hill Secondary College - Proof of Address Documents

To assist Princes Hill Secondary College in assessing your child’s eligibility for enrolment, please prepare electronic copies (PDF preferred) of the following documents:

1. Rental Agreements or Unconditional Contracts of Sale, plus
2. A copy of two of the following:
   1. electoral enrolment confirmation
   2. council rates notices
   3. other official documentation that demonstrates permanent residency at that address such as a driver’s licence or health care card
