Understand the psychology of human interaction- why do we behave the way we do? This course will cover different aspects of social psychology, such as emotion, attraction and motivation as well as the importance of sleep.
What will the future hold? How is Chemistry connected to innovation in addressing contemporary challenges? Chemical science will play a part in solving challenges in health, energy and climate change, water and food production. This elective will endeavour to investigate the design of chemical products and processes that are related to these challenges. This will include Green, Sustainable or Circular Chemistry where the focus is to minimize or eliminate the use and generation of hazardous substances, as well as a focus on future energy sourcesStudents will apply chemical knowledge, scientific skills, and critical and creative thinking to investigate and analyse modern chemistry-related issues and communicate their views from an informed position.
