- Boot Camp
- High intensity and challenging activities aimed to improve individual performance. Suitable for all fitness levels.
- Coaching 2
- Students will research coaching styles and create a profile of an elite coach. They will also use their coaching skills by engaging with the local primary school, junior PHSC classes and also Redmond House.
- Phys Ed primer
- Students will complete theory based on Anatomy and Training Methods.
- Area of study 1 students will participate in practical activities such as Touch Rugby, European Handball and Area of Study 2 students will develop and participate in their own individual training program.
- Sport
- Sport based off what is offered at Interschool sports for that Semester.
- Semester 1: Cricket, Tennis, Volleyball, AFL, Soccer, Netball, Badminton.
- Semester 2: Table tennis, Basketball, Hockey, Futsal
