So what made them leave and how did they move? Covers the geographical movements of people and groups across spaces and time. Explores the issues of asylum seekers/refugees/boat people and challenges that war and environmental change pose for Australia.
Throughout this subject students will use lectures, documentary studies, inquiry based student investigations, guest speakers and class discussions to get a clear understanding of Australia's migration history and the world.
