Dear Parent/Guardian/Carer,
The Department of Education requires that all Victorian Public Schools maintain accurate records for students in the CASES21 Student Information Database (see Enrolment Policy). This information is important for the smooth operation of the school but also plays a critical role in the Student Enrolment Census, which is used by the Department for funding allocation, provisioning, planning and national reporting.
This page provides the ability for the Parent/Guardian/Carer of a student at Princes Hill Secondary College to submit an Enrolment Form that will be used to confirm/update student details on the CASES21 Student Information Database.
Note all details submitted are treated as confidential and handling of the information will be done in compliance with the Department School's Privacy Policy.

When uploading the Enrolment Form you will be prompted to optionally provide parent/carer names of those interested in helping out at the school as a volunteer. Please see our Volunteers Policy for further information.
