This page allows the secure upload of your child’s birth certificate for their enrolment at Princes Hill Secondary College. Prior to clicking on the link below to upload document, please prepare a scanned image file of the student Birth Certificate as proof of legal name and date of birth. Where a birth certificate cannot be produced, other acceptable evidence of a student’s full name and date of birth includes a passport, citizenship documents or Australian visa documents.

The image file should be in PDF format and named as follows:  <Document Type> <SURNAME> <First Name>.pdf   - for example, Birth Certificate BLOGGS Morgan.pdf or  Passport BLOGGS Morgan.pdf
