To apply for a VET course in 2023, please follow the VET application instructions at the bottom of the page of the Course Guide
You will need to get your USI (Universal Student Identifier) before you complete Step 2. The USI is used for your entire post secondary education- you only get it once! Link here.
Remember that the VET Endorsement form (Step 2 in the application instructions) must be signed by your parents and returned to Margaret Fry ( VCE Hub) before you can do the online application (Step 3).
Step 4: go to one of the VET Information Sessions 2023 found on the same website!.

SBAT (School Based Apprenticeship or Traineeship)
A school based apprenticeship or traineeship is when you are released from school for a minimum of one day per week to undertake an apprenticeship or traineeship. You will need to complete six hours of training and seven hours of work per week. SBATs also provide credit towards your VCE or VCE VM.
