Prior to submitting the online Pre-Enrolment Form the Parent/Carer should make sure that a PDF version of the following documents are readily available for inclusion:

  • Proof of Student Legal Name and Date of Birth (Student Birth Certificate*)
  • Proof of permanent residence (see Department of Education Residential Address Check)
  • Student’s two most recent reports
  • Any Educational and/or Psychological Assessments (if applicable)


* Where a birth certificate cannot be produced, other acceptable evidence of a student’s full name and date of birth includes a passport, citizenship documents or Australia visa documents

Designated School

Processing of the Pre-Enrolment Form will be based on whether Princes Hill Secondary College is the designated school for the student based on the permanent residence address. Please check Find my School to confirm designated school prior to submission of the Pre-Enrolment Form.
