Please find below instructions for parents and students attending the Zoom sessions of the Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences scheduled for Tuesday 31st August, 2021.
Instructions for Parents/Students
- It is recommended that parents/students download the Zoom for Client Application in advance of the scheduled Parent/Student/Teacher (PST) Conferences (Download Zoom Client for Meetings) scheduled for Zoom Conference.
- Review and/or print your PST Conference schedule by accessing it in Compass PST Conference Schedule (Wed 4/8) and Compass PST Conference Schedule (Tue 31/8)
- Review the Expectations and Advice for PST Conferences provided previously via Newsfeed, before you commence meetings
- To access the Zoom meeting for a particular teacher, please click on the link in the table below (please do this a few minutes in advance of your scheduled session)
- If signing in with a Display Name, students should use their full name and parents should use "Parent of <student name>" for easy recognition - if you have an existing Zoom account and it automatically allocates your name, please attempt rename once in the Waiting Room (hover over your name and select Rename)
- Initial entry will be to the Zoom Meeting Waiting Room, where parents/students should wait to be brought into the meeting by the teacher
- After meeting parents/students should click on the "Leave Meeting" button - teachers may move you back to the waiting room in order to bring following appointments into the Zoom Meeting

IMPORTANT
A reminder that session time constraints must be strictly adhered to and in cases where further discussion is required arrangements should be made with the relevant teacher.
