Please find below instructions for parents and students attending the Zoom Webex sessions of the Parentthe Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences scheduled for Monday 8th of August (10-12) and Thursday 1st of September (7-9)for Thursday 21st August and Wednesday 10th September.

Instructions for Parents/Students

1. It is recommended that parents/students download the Zoom for Webex Desktop Client Application in advance of the scheduled Parent/Student/Teacher (PST) Conferences (Download Zoom Webex Desktop Client for Meetings) scheduled for Zoom Webex Conference.
2. Review and/or print your PST Conference schedule by accessing it at Compass PST Conference Schedule (10 - 12 on Mon 8/8), or Compass PST Conference Schedule (7 - 9 on Thu 1/9).
3. Review the Expectations and Advice for PST Conferences provided 'Exepectations and advice' provided previously via Newsfeed, before you commence meetings
4. To access the Zoom Webex meeting for a particular teacher, please click on the link in the table below (please do this a few minutes in advance of your scheduled session)
5. If signing in with a Display Name, students should use their full name and parents should use "Parent of <student name>" for easy recognition - if you have an existing Zoom account and it automatically allocates your name, please attempt rename once in the Waiting Room (hover over your name and select Rename).
   
6. Initial entry will be to the Zoom Webex Meeting Waiting RoomLobby, where parents/students should wait to be brought into the meeting by the teacher
7. After meeting parents/students should click on the "Leave Meeting" button - teachers may move you back to the waiting room in order to bring following appointments into the Zoom Webex Meeting
