Your Year 10 Program Students need to complete 12 semester based subjects over the year and this must include:
2 units of English subjects
2 units of Maths subjects
1 unit of Science subject
1 unit of HumanitiesHumanities subject (World War 2)
You may apply to complete a VCE subject as part of your program. Click here to view the selection criteria for this program. A VCE subject will take up two subject spots.
Languages are also a full year program and will take up two subject spots.
You should aim to build a balanced program with the remainder of your Year 10 subject choices to build a strong foundation going into VCE. If you have particular interests in a subject area, you are able to pick extra subject subjects from that area, but you should still maintain some curriculum diversity blah blah blah Sample Program: Engineering Pathway.
