Boot camp is for all students who want to challenge themselves and pursue self improvement. Boot Camp is designed to accommodate all students and builds self confidence, resilience, physical and mental strength and to extend students physically, beyond their normal class experiences. All components and principles of fitness will be investigated with an emphasis on team work, team building and student cooperation. There is nothing easy about Boot Camp and it is expected that students commit and give it their all each and every lesson.
One of the greatest things about this subject is that they get to go on camp. See images below. (est cost of $350)
What will I do in class?
The course will incorporate elite training methods which will allow students to work to their full physical potential. Students will complete a range of individual and group activities that focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, endurance and power. This is a subject for those wishing to increase their fitness and those wishing to really extend themselves physically and mentally.
