Instructions for Parents/Students
- It is recommended that parents who wish to attend course counselling via Webex download the Webex Desktop Client Application in advance of the scheduled Year 10 Course Counselling (Download Webex Desktop Client)
- To access the Webex meeting for a particular teacher, please click on the link in the table below (please do this a few minutes in advance of your scheduled session)
- If signing in with a Display Name, parents should use "Parent of <student name>" for easy recognition.
- Initial entry will be to the Webex Meeting Lobby, where parents/students should wait to be brought into the meeting by the teacher
- After meeting parents/students should click on the "Leave Meeting" button - teachers may move you back to the waiting room in order to bring following appointments into the Webex Meeting
- If you are having difficulties accessing a Webex Meeting, please contact our front office (enquiries@phsc.vic.edu.au) or 9389-0600
IMPORTANT
A reminder that session time constraints must be strictly adhered to and in cases where further discussion is required arrangements should be made with the relevant sub-school or pathways coordinator/careers counsellor, Trish Alevizos.
