| Name: Oliver Ivin-Poole Title: Coda Medium: Video A coming-of-age film. The film portrays themes such as loneliness, moving on and exploring struggles of youth, and will follow a boy who struggles with his identity after realising he has drifted heavily from his only friend in high school after graduating. I also used an original composition, which was composed by my friend Noah Bloom Will BeattieTitle of work: The DealMedium: Short FilmThe Deal is horror, absurdist film with comedic elements about a man who gets visited by a demon who borrows money from him. It’s also about the man’s quest to get the money back. The subtext of the film will still be about criticising the systems of power and the extent people will go for material goods within such capitalist system. |
