| Jade GibsonDigital Prints The aim of my folio was to explore how society as a whole, pressures and stresses particular groups into hiding who they truly are. I have achieved this aim through the development of several photographic pieces that highlight how society views its “forbidden ideas”, what's acceptable and what's not acceptable, and to challenge this thinking. My art practice has explored these ideas by presenting themes such as identity, self-love, expression of emotions and true beauty.MARTORELL |
